Dr. Lee Ellen Morrone's journey into medicine began in childhood. She credits her warm bedside manner, compassionate demeanor and keen diagnostic and listening skills to her personal experience growing up with a physically disabled and developmentally delayed sibling. She has spent over three decades working with physically, mentally and emotionally challenged children and young adults.
Dr. Morrone was raised in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating in 1977 as Valedictorian of her high school class, she pursued her undergraduate degree at Barnard College. Dr. Morrone graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1981 with a BA in Biology. She completed her medical training at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After graduating in 1985 at the top of her class, she pursued her ObGyn residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She completed her training in 1989 and entered into private practice wherein she has spent the last 25 years helping thousands of women achieve optimal wellness as they progress through each stage of womanhood.
Dr. Morrone has received repeated accolades for her intuitive diagnostic skills, caring bedside manner. and precision in gynecologic surgery. Obstetric patients praise her tireless dedication and commitment throughout pregnancy and delivery. She consistently achieves the highest rankings in obstetric and gynecology patient satisfaction surveys for her ease in listening to her patients and devoting her undivided attention to the patient she is treating as she partners with them to achieve unified mind and body well being.

She has been a featured speaker on Lifetime Television, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and the Oxygen Cable Network.
Dr. Morrone is married and has a daughter and a son.

Dr. Karen Kirsch was raised in Great Neck, New York. Her mom and dad, both professionals, taught her about the importance of excellent communication and attentive listening skills which have been invaluable in her approach to patient care.
After graduating at the top of her class in high school, she attended SUNY Binghampton where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1982 with a BA in Biology. Dr. Kirsch completed her medical school training in 1987 at the esteemed Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. She returned to New York to pursue her postgraduate training. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency in 1991 at The Long Island College Hospital. Soon after graduating, she and Dr. Morrone's paths fortuitously crossed. They joined in practice and have been working together for the past 25 years, treating patients from all over the world who seek out and treasure their expert medical care, attention to detail, sincere and approachable demeanor and interchangeable management styles.
Dr. Kirsch is passionate about educating young women on health awareness and has built an excellent reputation in Adolescent Gynecology for her ability to connect easily with and guide adolescent girls through their transition into womanhood. She speaks frequently at high schools throughout New York City educating young women about adolescent health issues, proper nutrition, exercise awareness and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
